About The Role: 

We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This is a critical, high-visibility role where you will operate at the intersection of strategic business objectives and technical execution. You will be the architect of change, responsible for translating complex business opportunities across our multiple platforms into precise, deliverable technical roadmaps. Your work will directly influence product development, operational efficiency, and customer experience on a global scale. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Business Opportunity Framing: Proactively identify, analyse, and scope potential business improvements and new product features by conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and SWOT analysis. 
  • Business Insights: Translate complex data findings into actionable business insights. Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic software integration and architectural design. Understanding of data models, SQL, ETL (Extract, Transform and Load), and Microsoft Office Family. 
  • Value Realization: Develop comprehensive business cases, including ROI and TCO assessments, to justify significant technology investments and strategic initiatives. 
  • Blueprint Creation: Define and document end-to-end solution architectures and designs, including process flows, UML diagrams, and data mapping to align functional teams. 
  • Advanced Elicitation: Lead workshops and interviews with C-level and senior stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to gather, challenge, and synthesize complex business needs. 
  • Artifact Management: Own the full requirements lifecycle, creating and maintaining high-fidelity User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Epics, and System Requirements Specifications (SRS) documentation using structured methodologies. 
  • Traceability and Compliance: Ensure all solution components meet regulatory, security, and internal compliance standards, maintaining full traceability from strategy to execution. 
  • Agile Partnership: Work directly with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to groom the backlog, prioritize feature delivery, and mitigate scope creep. 
  • Quality Assurance Liaison: Collaborate with QA teams to develop exhaustive test plans, scenarios, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) protocols to validate solution integrity. 
  • Change Management: Support the implementation and adoption of new systems by developing training materials, communicating changes, and monitoring post-launch performance metrics. 
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and issues related to business analysis activities and work proactively to mitigate them. Escalate critical issues as needed to ensure timely resolution. 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • 5-8+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant, with a significant portion in the Telecommunications, Mobile Application, or FinTech sectors. 
  • Deep practical expertise in Agile (Scrum) methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio). 
  • Demonstrable experience working on large-scale BSS/OSS (Business Support Systems / Operations Support Systems) projects is highly advantageous. 
  • Expertise in process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN) and data modeling principles. 
  • Strong foundation in understanding APIs, system integrations, and underlying data structures required for technical solution design. 
  • Relevant professional certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO) is a significant plus. 
  • Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
